LikedWe especially liked the friendliness of the staff, everybody was ever so nice, they had a lot of useful information about the area, places to visit, restaurant recommendations etc. We had a very spacious suite wich came with a beautiful modern bathroom. During our last visit in Matera we stayed in a cave hotel where our room was humid and cold. We therefore opted for a comfortable hotel room with a well working central heating. Everything was impeccably clean. The breakfast had a very good choice of sweet and savoury items. We did not have the time to use the spa facilities, but maybe another time. The hotel has a parking just outside in the courtyard and two elevators for easy luggage transport. This would certainly be the hotel of our choice for a next visit to Matera.

LikedBreakfast was good and beds extremely comfortable. Lovely modern bathrooms and very spacious. Great with kids. With a pool would be outstanding.

DislikedLocation. 45 mins walk from.Matera. had to get taxis . Worked out expensive. Also I had hoped they had a pool but they didn't. My mistake.
