LikedThis property was amazing! We didn’t know it used to be a doge palace until the last day. I wish they shared more of the history throughout the hotel. We found a lot of the history on Google. The staff is amazing!! Alessandro was so helpful and always greeted us and the location is perfect.

LikedThe hotel was located in a lovely quiet part of town. Clean, comfortable bed and good breakfast.
DislikedMy room was quite small. But the main problem was the heat. It was a warm week in April and the a/c wasn’t on and there were no fans as an alternative. I was told to open the window but, of course, this resulted in the intro to the room of mosquitos. I slept very badly as a result of the heat. I did raise it as an issue with the hotel each day but there was no reasonable solution offered.

LikedI had a room for solo use, so in my experience solo travellers are never given the best rooms.
Dislikedmore selection at breakfast. scarmbled egg and bacon was a rather poor quality.
