Hotel Brianza

LikedWe really loved the location and also the staff. The 2 men from the reception desk and also bar were very nice with us and also everyone(one of them was making coffee in the morning- and it was delicious) . The cleaning was also on point.

DislikedThe only thing we didn’t like was the fact that the heating system was not functioning and it was really chilly (also the weather was very bad so it was not helping)

LikedThe only good thing was the person who works the evening shift- he was actually really nice and made our stay better.

DislikedThe person on reception who wears a blazer and jeans with the trainers not sure about his name but has terrible customer service: rude and really arrogant. Breakfast is in the lobby and very limited options, asked us to keep the noise down when we were very quiet. Also charged for coffee without telling us he would charge and then made it a surprise on the last day and it wasn’t nice coffee. The Air Conditioning in the rooms doesn’t work properly. Best advice is to book the hotel across the road: NH hotel

DislikedAir conditioner didn’t work! The Wi-Fi was unstable. I paid the room charge with card and city tax by cash. Why?

LikedGreat value for money - very good location, the room was clean, breakfasts were tasty. Very friendly and helpful staff, especially the gentleman on the reception (night shift) :) there is a huge and beautiful park very near :)
