LikedThe only good thing was the person who works the evening shift- he was actually really nice and made our stay better.
DislikedThe person on reception who wears a blazer and jeans with the trainers not sure about his name but has terrible customer service: rude and really arrogant. Breakfast is in the lobby and very limited options, asked us to keep the noise down when we were very quiet. Also charged for coffee without telling us he would charge and then made it a surprise on the last day and it wasn’t nice coffee. The Air Conditioning in the rooms doesn’t work properly. Best advice is to book the hotel across the road: NH hotel

LikedThe location is OK.
DislikedAir conditioner didn’t work! The Wi-Fi was unstable. I paid the room charge with card and city tax by cash. Why?

LikedGreat value for money - very good location, the room was clean, breakfasts were tasty. Very friendly and helpful staff, especially the gentleman on the reception (night shift) :) there is a huge and beautiful park very near :)

Hotel had construction work in the entrance/dining area. Wires were sticking out from walls and ceiling. Very dusty. Almost missed the hotel entrance because lights were down and windows were covered by plastic because of remodeling situation. Hotel is located right by tram tracks which runs loudly all night long. Crazy

DislikedThe website said that they had free wifi which as not true. Other guests at the hotel also mentioned the same thing to the staff and the staff would just say that the wifi Internet is €3 and can only be used in the lobby. After so many complaints I'm surprised they haven't updated there website to reflect the truth. I read on other review sites that the A/C was not working when they were there this was the case for me as well and I assume that there is never any A/C. They state that it is broken but how has it been broken for this long now. I assume they just don't provide any. If you have a room facing the front of the building you have o put up hearing the street car screech by all the time. There is no soundproofing. They want you to return the room key every time you exit the hote and collect it again when you return to the hotel. It's inconvient to always have to tak to the front desk just to grab your room key
