Hotel Bogart

LikedThe hotel was very clean and nice room.

DislikedThe night staff was rude. We informed before booking that we will arrive late night with baby. But they gave us 2nd floor and did not even help to take all stroller and luggage up at that middle of night. Also my husband ordered food via foodora and during that time the night receptionist kind of messed with my husband saying we are making noise. I mean “we checked in late night” nobody helped us taking up luggage, we have baby who can cry at night, and after check in of course we will fresh up” so what kind of behaviour was that we really don’t understand. Day receptionists were nice anyway. But we felt unwelcome.

LikedGreat location 5min walk to M5 metro same line to get to san siro stadium. Room was a bit small but perfect for few nights. Room was clean, staff very friendly and helpfull staff.

LikedHotel Bogart was great. Room was quite small but both the equipment and the bathroom were great. Breakfast was amazing, really wide selection of sweet and savory foods, also great coffee :) Metro stop is just few minutes on foot. We were really satisfied.

LikedBeds really comfy, we went with our toddler and everyone from the hotel made us fell welcome, really polite, smiled all the time to us. Breakfast really good. Hotel is not really far from the city centre. We walked for 5-7 min to the tram station. The tram has a station close to Duomo. We also had parking( we had to pay extra) but was really difficult to find a free parking around hotel, so was ok for us to pay 15 euros per night and have the car in the garden.

DislikedI couldnt find anything to not like.

LikedStaff were very friendly and accommodating, room was clean and fresh. Comfortable bed.

DislikedAs a 2 star hotel the facilities are a little basic but that is to be expected.
