LikedPerfect localization, helpful staff, very clean, simple rooms and lovely patio. Parking available at the hotel or 80m away. The city … so beautiful, so charming, so toscanian. Everything within a walking distance. Pasticceria and supermarket are very close. If in Lucca again, we will stay in the Bernardino hotel.

LikedBig thanks to Manuela for letting us store our bags in the hotel while we cycle toured around Tuscany for a week starting and finishing in Lucca, this was a major factor in us choosing the Bernardino. The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful and the room was a good size and comfortable.

DislikedIt's in a busy area so some people might not like the noise, didn't bother us though.
