LikedGood location, very helpful and friendly staff at welcoming (only). After check-in, hotel staff helped to drop luggage to room. Breakfast was good, special treated with your name written on your cappuccino. It's an old building but room was still clean and tidy.

DislikedIt was very different service provided by receptionist/front desks staffs between check in and check out. Unlike at check in, the service provided at check-out was unpleasant. There was no staff trying to assist with luggage at check out. The nice, warming and friendly staffs from check in time are no longer happened at check out. If they maintain the same service at check in and check out, this accommodation will be a perfect place to stay for holiday in town. Waiting for your car to be brought back to hotel was nightmare. It took more than an hour to get the car back (instead of 50 minutes advised). The car also left at the other side of the hotel instead of the front hotel, need to walk a bit to the car and no information provided at the booking time for this car parking conditions.
