LikedGreat staff, quieter location.

DislikedFacilities were in poor condition and needed major maintenance, bed coils were well passed it's life. Bathroom door wouldn't open properly, windows would not shut all the way allowing mosquitoes to enter. Air conditioner was so clogged (dust/pollen) it was causing allergic reaction for our entire family.

LikedThe location is very good, only 10-15mins to the centre of Florence and only 7 mins to the train station and tram stop to and from the airport. The room was clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

DislikedThe triple room was quite small for 3 people. The water pressure in the shower head was low, and the head dryer wasn’t good. The wallpaper in some parts of the wall has come off due to humidity and I believe the room needs renovation.
