LikedLocation is not that bad.
DislikedStaff aren't knowledgeable. So hot in the room, we keep on asking to turn the heater off, and it seems like they don't know. No elevator.

I understand that this is a 1 star hotel, and low priced. However this doesn't mean they don't need to spend any money maintaining the facilities. It honestly looks like the rooms have been untouched for maybe 20 years or more. The rooms are long overdue some improvement. The front exterior of the hotel has been improved, shame they don't spend money on improvements inside also

LikedThe hotel is a cheap one compared to others in the area. It was clean. It is placed on a very nice street close to Amendola red metro line which in my opinion is the biggest advantage of this hotel - the location and the easiness to arrive to the metro.
DislikedOf course you cannot expect to look great and to be everything new at this price. the furniture quite old and damaged. the stuff didn't really speak neither a good english nor a good italian but we could understand. In y room there was an unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom
