LikedExcellent location, right in the center of Florence, 1 minute from the Ponte Vecchio. Charming old hotel, with views of the Arno from our room. Spacious, comfortable, with attention to details (like the mosquito repellent machine). The staff is super friendly and charming.

DislikedThe elevator is so small that it doesn't really hold one person and their luggage at the same time. Also, it starts on the floor _above_ the ground, so there are steep stairs to climb with luggage. We managed fine, but this place is not for anyone with even slight mobility challenges.
