LikedOur room was big enough for myself and my husband. The ensuite was lovely, only minor problem was that the shower tended to flood the bathroom however as we were provided with a large number of twoels it was never a problem. The TV didn't have any English speaking channels again not a problem for us though it did have Netflix. Breakfast was suberb with a choice of any type of coffee you wanted, plentiful and kept permanently well stocked. The lady on breakfast duty was charming and always very helpful. The location was great as not too far from the train and tram stations and a 20 minute walk to most of the major attractions. There was a free cocktail (Happy Hour) on one of the evenings with nibbles and finger food.

DislikedI can't think of anything that could have been improved as we really enjoyed our stay!

LikedAmazing place!! Very clean, amazing breakfast, excellent room and bedroom, all clean and working very well, excellent bathroom. Silent at night, very well located. And it has a beautiful breakfast backyard. Excellent!!!

LikedExcellent location - 3 min walk from SMN train station, < 10 min from Duomo. Our initial room was facing a busy street and it was noisy at night. The staff graciously moved us into a room facing the courtyard
