DislikedA lot of stairs from street to lobby. Makes it difficult for people with luggage. Facility does not have elevator.

LikedBreakfast was nice but had to schedule time and that’s sometime a little inconvenient. Hotel was charming and comfortable. Excellent location.

DislikedThe bed a was a king but a little hard. The stairs getting to the lobby may be challenging for older guests or with heavy luggage.

LikedVery clean . Good location . Breakfast could have been better . More variety . Dining area a bit cramped . Alessandro the receptionist was extremely helpful and knowledgeable .

DislikedThere are a lot of stairs which I think would have been a problem for some people .

LikedStaff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good albeit European style. Great location for Duomo and Ufizzi.

DislikedRooms a little small compared to American Hotels but likely very good for typical hotel in Florence.
