DislikedMake all water free since tsp water is not good to drink. Also, Antislip mat or grab bar in shower would increase safety. Bar menu a bit pricey: (8 Euros for a tonic to add to gin).

LikedLovely room, wonderful ambience, breakfast was excellent and so was dinner. Staff always very attentive
DislikedWe were charged twice for our main meals one evening and did not notice and until after we had paid the bill at the end of the stay. Reception staff apologised for the error but could not issue a refund. We have since asked for a refund via Booking.com messaging, email and WhatsApp but had no response. This is not what we expect from such an otherwise wonderful hotel and explains the overall score. Without this the score would have been excellent.

LikedThe building is absolutely gorgeous and the location was great. The reception staff was lovely.
DislikedThe waiter in the restaurant at breakfast was very arrogant. The rooms are quite basic for such an expensive hotel, for instance not even a coffeee machine in the room.
