DislikedThe breakfast was not up to expectation as the hot food was always cold and service of coffee slow. Also very little fresh fruit.

LikedWe recently stayed at this Palermo hotel and had a wonderful time. Its location near the main street and attractions made it easy for us to explore the city. The staff's friendliness and readiness to assist added a personal touch to our experience. The hotel's decor, especially in our room, was fantastic, creating a cozy and luxurious feel. Breakfast had a lot of choices, including Prosecco, which was a great way to start our days. It was like a peaceful retreat in the midst of Palermo's hustle and bustle. A shoutout to the bar, which made our evenings special with its hospitality. Overall, we had a great experience and look forward to coming back.

DislikedWallpaper scuffed in bedroom. Carpets in room and public areas looked as though they needed a deep clean. Some furniture in room had chips and scratches. Also, no coffee making facilities or hair conditioner in room. Overall felt well used and rather tired.
