LikedVery comfortable and clean, staff very professional, proactive and obliging, walking distance to most tourist sites, lots of eating options nearby. Valet parking in a garage nearby (€25/day), which was fine considering the lack of parking options in Palermo. Breakfast was good and had many options including some gluten-free. But if we needed anything they didn’t have, they went out of their way to get it for us. We had an early morning departure and they packed breakfast for us. :)

DislikedWe had a street facing room on a lower floor which was a bit noisier, but it didn’t really bother us that much and we slept very well regardless.
