DislikedShower head handle broken, shower doors broken and are leaking, toilet lid broken, outlet not working

LikedLovely staff. We would like to specially thank Ilaria that was very welcoming and kind. We have asked for a quiet room on a top floor and were upgraded to a very nice large room with terrace. Breakfast was very complete. Hotel was clean and with all the amenities needed for a greAT STAY.

DislikedWe had a room over the entrance to the hotel. It was very noisy all night, even with window closed (Street noise from people, cars as well as service vehicles - rubbish etc). The hotel was a taxi ride away from the sites

LikedLocation was great, just a 30minute walk to the Vatican. Parking was included. Breakfast buffet also included - it wasn’t vast but it was adequate. Perfect for our 1night stay.

DislikedBeds were really hard, as were the pillows. Rooms were hot (even in early April) and we couldn’t find a way to cool them so slept with the window open, which was quite noisy. Overall not a great night’s sleep.

LikedThe Hotel has everything that one would expect to find in a Hotel during a holiday stay abroad. Excellent breakfast and the hotel rooms were impeccable , really comfortable including a good sized n beautiful terrace with views. The staff especially the front office at the reception were very nice, friendly and helpful.
