LikedThe room was absolutely beautiful and we really appreciated the air conditioning which was piped into the entire room! We had plenty of room, the restaurant was absolutely delicious, and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

DislikedWe had a couple of issues with our bathroom. The dryer stopped working at one point and the jets in the jetted tub were not working quite correctly but overall, these were small inconveniences that we could definitely overlook for all of the other positives.

LikedBreakfast was good, the front desk was nice. Room was nice. Location is perfect. Lobby bar/atrium is a great space and we enjoyed the piano/violin.

DislikedThe bed was hard as a brick. The shower went everywhere- we could not figure out how to reduce that.

LikedThis is a very beautiful hotel in the grand manor with luxurious public seating areas. We arrived shortly before the restaurant was closing and they informed the kitchen that we would be coming in soon. The food was excellent and service in the dining room and throughout the hotel was first class. The breakfasts were very generous and were the best that we had in our two weeks in Italy.

LikedBeautiful ornate building. In the middle of the historic section and very easy to get around and see everything.

DislikedWe stayed on a weekend and as it is in the heart of the historic section it is very noisy at night.
