Every staff I encountered are friendly. The hotel is located on the other side of the train station away from the tourist district, so it’s a quieter neighbourhood. The room we received was quite tired, one of the beds was clearly broken, with half the bed frame empty, it was very uncomfortable to sleep on. Light was broken too and we couldn’t turn on the air con even though the temperature outside was 22+ degree, but the heater was working, weird room.

LikedMy family and I recently stayed at the Hotel Golf in Bologna and had a positive experience. The location is excellent, providing great connectivity to various parts of the city, making our explorations convenient. The hotel’s amenities and services met our expectations, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Overall, I would recommend Hotel Golf for those visiting Bologna.

DislikedHowever, it would be beneficial if the hotel could install mosquito nets on the windows to enhance guest comfort during the warmer months

DislikedBathing facilities need to be improved. The floor is too slippery and there is no manual shower.

LikedGood location, easy to walk to trams and buses. Breakfast had a good variety of items. Room was very clean . Marco at the desk was friendly and helpful as was all the staff.

DislikedTraffic outside was loud all times of the day and night but they nicely moved us to another room further away from road but it didn’t help much. Walls are thin too.
