LikedThis is truly located in the city center & perfect for seeing Rome. The rooms are comfortable & clean & the jacuzi tub was a huge bonus. Staff was super friendly & when we needed something from maintenance they showed up quickly after a short email.

LikedThe staff and location were wonderful.
DislikedThe room was not as clean as I would have hoped. The floor was dirty, the shower overflowed if the pressure was too high and the Wi-Fi didn't work the first night. During the second night- the neighbors were loud and it was very difficult to sleep.

DislikedThere was no cold water in the shower so we had to take super hot showers, which is better than cold but you couldn't soak in the shower. The safe did not work. They couldn't or wouldn't fix either during our stay. No real attempt to fix them.

Likedalessio the innkeeper was great. steps away from everything, but yet street was very quiet. italian clean. it was very hot in rome and the a.c. exceeded expectations.

Dislikedtoo much insense or perfume was nauseating at first shower light and fan did not work the one staff member we did meet was great but only saw him for 10 mins otherwise was not staffed it seemed
