DislikedThe AC when we tried to put on cold it worked on hot and the room was already hot, we woke up with ants on the bed, and the shower didn't had cold water.

LikedWe spent one night at Garden Hotel, took the bus to Siena city center, and walked back to the hotel. After checking in we had a delightful diner at the hotel, the service was impeccable. I would recommend this hotel.

LikedBreakfast was very substantial and the staff very helpful and friendly. The rooms and view are stunning and the outside bar area is lovely. Great location.

DislikedWe were in room 311 a “deluxe” room next to the lift which was very noisy. We requested to change rooms and even down ground but was told no. We used ear plugs for the additional 2 nights as it was so noisy. Also with people talking outside our room late at night (1st night a dog barking outside our room) and early morning (5:12 am). Sleep/rest was not great. Reception staff were very unhelpful with this and also when we requested a taxi to pick us up from our car rental drop off location was told this was not possible.
