DislikedRooms absolutely not 5 star, carpet old and stained, furniture and decor dated, bed uncomfortable, definitely not the quality of bedding you expect in a 5 star hotel ( apparently due to refurb in January ). No wow that I have experienced at many other 5 star hotels !! Bar area extremely busy used by people not staying at the hotel for the whole weekend we only got seated once. Hotel Guests should be prioritised. Staff did upgrade our room on the afternoon of the 2nd day ( which meant packing up the room up of course, interrupting our day ) and provided a discount for day one but too much too late I am afraid. I expected so much more from a four season hotel on a very special anniversary.
