LikedThe location was good, but other than that, for the money you pay, the hotel is really overrated and not worth it.

DislikedThe hotel is done in an old style which I understand. Antique furniture and so on, but the size of the room which I paid 330€ a night for, was smaller than the size of my bathroom at home. Ridiculous. The concierge was friendly to an extent, but not helpful at all when I asked if I could check in a little earlier because I had to shower prior to a work meeting. I had just arrived from the airport and they expected me to wait for 5 hours during which I had to freshen up in the hotel lobby bathroom. Not acceptable to be honest. I travel a lot and come from Asia where the customer service and the hospitality industry is light years ahead and much more affordable price. Europeans could really learn something from us when they decide to look past their arrogance.

LikedThe location was spectacular and I was given a room with the most gorgeous view of the city. I was also kindly allowed an early check in, which I was very grateful for as I only had one day in Rome. I loved my stay at Forum and would highly recommend the place.

LikedThe staff was friendly and helpful. The location was central to many things and the rooftop bar and restaurant were beautiful.

DislikedThe WiFi was not very strong and hard to keep. The blow dryer in the room was the worst. It would run for 3 minutes and then turn itself off and you’d have to wait several minutes for it to cool off and turn back on. Very frustrating and a waste of our limited time in Rome.

LikedThe location is perfect, just in the middle of the city. And view from the roof during breakfast was just breathtaking.

DislikedThe bed is very small, even the whole room was quite straitened. We supposed to have a classic room, but It looked like a room for one person... anyway for two nights it was ok.

LikedStaff were superb. Especially Marco at the reception, Alessio in the rooftop restaurant were very helpful and kind. Hotel was clean enough. Location is perfect.

DislikedA few new furnitures would do great.🙂
