LikedThe only good thing about the hotel was its location.

DislikedAlthough we stayed for 5 nights, the toilet paper, shampoo, towels and other amenities that should be replenished daily were not renewed. One night, we ran out of shampoo and called the reception for assistance. The receptionist was unhelpful, stating that it wasn't his problem and that the cleaning staff must have forgotten. He also behaved rudely. The room cleaning was inadequate. Additionally, because there were no screens on the windows, many mosquitoes entered the room through the window left open by the cleaning staff. I am certain there are much better hotels in the neighborhood for this price.

LikedThis is the second time i stayed in Hotel Flora. It's location is deal as it's near the Central train station and Metro. Rooms are spacious and breakfast is good. Staff is friendly. I will surely stay again in Hotel Flora when I'm back in Milan.

Close to train station and many restaurants. Handy for hop on hop off bus and walking distance to supermarkets etc. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The hotel very close to Central FS, took about +-10mins to reach station..easy to grab trenord express to malpensa airport..got convenience store nearby hotel.. staff also friendly..
