LikedHotel staff was very helpful and went above and beyond - especially in helping us navigate the busses and subway system. Very friendly and professional. Room was clean and well kept. Nice personal patio.
DislikedIt took us a little while to find the entrance at night when we arrived and the neighborhood felt a little unsafe at times later in the evening. The bed and pillows weren't the most comfortable, but everything else in the room met or exceeded our expectations!
