LikedExcellent service super clean and comfortable, the bus stop is on the corner and the hotel has tickets for the bus so you don't have to find where to buy , I highly recomended this hotel.

Good location, facilities and sevice. I didn't appreciate that my booking says "pay on check-in" but my card was pre-authorized a few days before my arrival and the excuse was "the hotel policy". The staff are friendly, special thanks to Mr. Justice who's very friendly and helpful, helped us so much in our bookings as well as giving us recomendations.

Unfortunately the hotel is really far from the city center. The exterior of the hotel building is vandalized by a lot of graffiti which makes it feel like you are staying in a motel. Other than that the breakfast is fine in the hotel.

This is one of the worse eurostars hotel I have ever stayed! This is the biggest let down ever. Terrible customer service and broken facilities in the room.
