DislikedSome small furniture and accessories (e.g. chair, bin, shoe sponge) were missing in the room.

LikedI absolutely understand that this is a low budget group of hotels, so we did not have high demands and expectations, but we definitely do not recommend the hotel. The staff was nice and we rate the cleanliness of the hotel as excellent, but those are the only positives. The hotel is not located in a very safe neighborhood, which is due to its proximity to the train station - this is a positive for those who need a quick connection to trains or connections to the port.

Disliked- The blinds on the windows of the room could not be pulled back, so all the time you feel as if you are in a cellar. - There was constant noise in the hotel in the evening, even after 10 pm. The surrounding rooms housed children and students on school trips and were constantly noisy. Even in the early hours of the morning. - We had a damaged door lock which we reported to the staff. The lady told us it was fine, but we didn't feel safe. We bought tools at the store and repaired the lock ourselves so that we could lock ourselves safely. - At breakfast, the staff loads your food, in very small quantities, and all the time you have the impression that they are watching you how much you take and consume. In the culture of our home country, we consider this very rude behavior towards tourists. - There was a fire detector on the ceiling above the bed, which illuminated the room with unpleasant flickering at night and constantly disturbed sleep. - For the first time it happened to us that during check out no one asked us if everything was okay during our stay. - I recommend the accommodation only to someone who does not care if there is noise during the evening and to someone who just needs somewhere to settle down and absolutely does not care about the quality of the accommodation services. Otherwise, I recommend paying extra for better accommodation, we have learned our lesson and will look for other accommodation in the future.
