LikedThe staff was great, very kind and friendly. Also the breakfas was amazing! With the best view that you can find in Rome.

DislikedThe hotel was a bit old and because of that the room had a smell of "old". Also the electricity installation was old, but the smell was the worst part. The bed was hard, not the best mattress. In overall the hotel needs a deep renewal.

Great things 1. Location is very central 2. Quiet area Terrible things 1. Staff are cold stone not friendly at all. As a tourist, it is common to ask simple questions like can we drink the water and where to get it. The stuff answers back by drinking a glass of water and told us drink water from the toilet faucet. Excuse me, I live in a 6 star hotel home in Canada and this stuff told me to drink water from toilet faucet. Ridiculous! 2. The building is very old and smells 3. Toilet not clean 4. When you shower all the water spills on the floor. 5. The buffet breakfast not enough option. No hot meals and no fruits. 6. When you turn the kettle to heat water all the lights comes off because the breaker power not enough. 7. I never seen the stuff in the morning smiles at all. That’s why we named him smiley. Hoping he will smile even once during our stay 8. WIFI not good either. I will not recommend. Sorry Verna and James Canada
