LikedGreat location, 5 min walk from Termini, bus stops, metro and 20 from Trevi, Villa Borghese etc. Considering that Italian breakfast is croissant and coffee, breakfast at the hotel was perfect - coffee, cacao, tea, yogurts, scrambled eggs, ham, cheese, tomatoes, small mozzarella and whole variety of sweet pastry. Nearby is Conad supermarket and many restaurants. Hotel personnel was very helpful and friendly. The room was very clean. There is a kettle and a small fridge in the room. Beds are comfortable. When we stayed in Rome it was 13-15 degrees C, so cannot comment air-conditioning.
DislikedSoundproofing could be better, but it was not crucial.

LikedI liked this hotel so much! Clean, very friendly guy at the breakfast, adorable breakfast: scrambled eggs, veggies, charcuteries, lots of pastries, wonderful view! Clean rooms, very clean bed (thanks for staff). Rooms are small, but it’s central part of Rome. I really enjoyed!

DislikedThe Internet (WI-FI) did not work - constantly re-connecting and entering passwords. Very limited breakfast. No AC until May. Receptionist was unfamiliar with the area. Very surprised with substantial "city fees" at checkout!

Close to terminal, walking distance to almost all significant places. Warm staff, great breakfast. Definitely will recommend to friends visiting Roma.
