LikedVery nice and friendly team. We needed help with a few things and they were really nice and helpful.

LikedThis place worked out really well for our family's needs due to its proximity to Milano Centrale and with restaurants and convenience shops in the area. It was our transit day, arriving via train from airport one evening and leaving via train the next morning, so proximity to Duomo/Museums/Shopping were not a priority on this stay. Reception was friendly and easy, even with a late arrival. Room was simple but clean; our room had an attached bathroom, as requested.

DislikedWe were in the second location across the street which made check-in (a 3-key process) a little more confusing, especially with a late-night jet-lagged arrival and trying to be quiet. As others have mentioned, noise in the halls and between rooms carried and echoed. Relative to cost, though, the value was still acceptable.

LikedThe location is very good, close to two subway lines, you can get easily to main touristic places. Having privacy of the tiny bedroom with a shared bathroom is very convenient to make the trip affordable and still comfortable. The staff was very friendly. It was always very clean.

DislikedThey have two places to stay, I was in the apartment that it was renewed and adapted to become these tiny bedrooms, but the walls aren’t much isolated from noise from people on corridors or plumbing noises. There is no air conditioning or heating, so I wouldn’t go during winter or summer.

LikedLocation is very good, close to restaurants, shopping, popular obects.

DislikedThe walls is very thin, you can hear water, matress was very hard.

LikedThe hotel is very close to the Milano Centrale railway and metro station, yet it was quiet, in an area with a lot of shops and close to a Saturday market. The room was small, but nice and clean, the beds comfortable.

DislikedI wish the TV had not only Italian, but also some other programmes.
