LikedGreat location, very clean, window in bathroom. Very comfortable large bed. Helpful staff.
DislikedSmall room in annex. The shower is outside the bathroom and there is nowhere within reach to hang a towel. Bath mat has to be placed in small entry space outside toilet. No coffee cups provided, only paper cups.

DislikedLack of space. Elevator didn’t work most of time & Too small & Scary to be of much use when it did. It would have been nice to see done change in breakfast menu from day to day.

LikedFantastic location near to the colosseum with plenty restaurants bats close by, and an easy walk to the other attractions.
DislikedNo iron in room, although there was a shared ironing room if required.

LikedWe liked the convenient quiet neighborhood. Location was perfect and walkable to a lot of major sites. Especially enjoyed all the great wine bars, quient restaurants and retro small tucked away shops.
DislikedWished there was a balcony to sit outside our room. Maybe ours just was too small.

We enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Duca d Alba. Great and helpful staff, location close to the wonderful historical sites like: Coliseum, Vatican, Sistine Chapel, Art Galleries. The only issue: we booked a room in the annex of the hotel,which requires a steep climb up 2 flights of stairs before reaching the elevator. So we switched to the main hotel building with elevator from the ground floor. A very Wonderful stay!
