LikedBreakfast was great, quite a lot of variety for Italy :). Room was big and clean. Close to busstation with a lot of connections. Citycenter walking distance.
DislikedPillow a bit hard and flat for my taste. Room is boring designwise. Had to pay extra for city tax. I hate that it’s not included in hotel price. I think total price should show all expenses to customer.

LikedThe area has numerous excellent cafés and restaurants. It’s a mile walk into the tourist centre of town, all under beautiful arcades. The staff are friendly and helpful. The bedrooms and main communal areas downstairs are attractive.
DislikedThe lighting in the room often switched off randomly - the same happened on my previous visit. The heating was difficult to operate and the pillows were hard - as in many Italian hotels. Our corridor was tatty, with areas of peeling wallpaper.
