LikedLocation was great, close to the central train station. Mr. Franco was very nice and helpful with everything and very gentle. The room was good and clean and bathroom too.

DislikedNothing, I wish We could have a nice croissant for breackfast but unfortnutally was not possile due to our early leaving time

LikedDoor was locked at the front couldn’t communicate with the property and couldn’t understand English which is ok but I couldn’t get in the door to translate in person

LikedIt's literally 3 minutes walk from the train and bus stations the centre is 5/10 minute walk. Franko was delightful showed me up to my clean huge room. Breakfast typical Italian lovely fresh croissants,cakes coffee tea juice. There's also a lift reception is on the 3rd floor my room was on the 1st breakfast is served on the 3rd also. There's a restaurant 50 yrds to the left as you step onto the street in the direction of the train station.

DislikedI mistakenly tried to get in another room thinking it was mine as lots of rooms and corners the key opened the door I realised straight away that it was not my room shut and locked the door. Did that mean their key also fitted my door that was a worry as a single woman.

Dislikedthe bed felt quite instabil and noisy when I moved during I was sleeping. my room had the same balcony as the next room. couldn’t keep my balcony door open during the night because I did not feel safe. I would advise to separate properly the balcony I the middle
