LikedStaff were very friendly and helpful, well located for public transport into the centre of Milan, but also plenty of good restaurants in the neighbourhood. Good availability of underground parking
DislikedThe room was very dated, and the undersheets didn't fit well on the bed, so were always riding up, revealing the rubbery mattress protector. While I do suffer with seasonal hay-fever, being in the room set off my allergies. However while being out of the room, and now being in a different hotel, my reaction has stopped.

LikedCentral location with attractions within walking distance of the hotel. Parking on site available.
DislikedRoom was a bit dusty and not many breakfast options.

LikedThe staff were very friendly and helpful. They cleaned our room every day. The location is great. the receptionists were also nice and gave us what we needed.
DislikedThe breakfast could be better.

LikedFor the price it was a great deal. Always free water and a good breakfast. Not so far from the center
DislikedThe first room was not cleaned in the bathroom. The heat was not working. The staff was very nice and responsive though and changed us the room. The second room was good.

Nice garden area inside the hotel. My double room was small but I am sure they might have other size rooms.
