Can’t fault the staff, breakfast & cleanliness of this hotel, the downside was the double room we booked wasn’t what was on the photos instead it was a smaller one, there wasn’t any tea/coffee/kettle in the room we had to ask for one. There wasn’t any milk with the tray & it wasn’t replenished. We purchased our own coffee & milk. We expected more for a four star hotel, we’ve stayed in less stars & had better facilities. The tv wouldn’t work but the receptionist was very helpful and after a couple of visits to our room & several telephone calls she managed to get it up & running. Fridge in room consisted of several cold beverages which the hotel states are free on the first night, we only used a bottle of water & were asked to pay for it on checkout although it was only €1 they didn’t have any change for my €2 coin so ended up getting it for free !! The hotel advertised free bottled water, we noticed also that they advertise slippers but we didn’t have any, perhaps that was something else we needed to ask for. All these little niggles you should not expect to find in a quality hotel. This hotel is well placed for walking to many restaurants, attractions , airport shuttle bus, metro trains & buses.

LikedThe rooms and the property were clean ! However there are multiple hotels in the same building and therefore common entrance and areas were both that clean. The staff was nice and helpful. Breakfast was ok however not at level of 4 star hotel. The location is perfect and majority of sights were at walking distance.
DislikedI travelled with a toddler and hence had a stroller. I had to pick it up through stairs everyday which I believe no body would like.(the room was not accessible through lifts.) . The property is good but for sure it js not 4 star.
