LikedGot upgraded for free and the location was perfect, right nearby the central station and not too far walking distance from city centre.

LikedRoom 607 was great. It had a window to the patio and spacious ceiling.
DislikedShower was good but stronger pressure from the water would have been better.

LikedWe were only in Milan for one short night. We needed a hotel that was walking distance to the trains. It was a pleasant bonus to discover the metro was close so we could move around safely and quickly in the evening. Since we needed two beds we ended up in an executive suite which was more than adequate for one night. The staff were accommodating, very nice and helpful.
DislikedOur room was on a low level and faced a shared outdoor area so we didn’t feel comfortable opening the drapes or windows.
