LikedNothing - staff was rude. While they highlight that it's an air-conditioned rooms however, they never switch it on. Have to change the hotel post checkin in the same day and they also charged absurd amount even though we didn't stay there. Worst hotel ever.

LikedGreat breakfast. Out of the busy city centre. The spa was amazing. One of the best massages I have ever had.

DislikedNo plug sockets near bed. I have sleep apnea so to plug my machine in I had to sleep with my head at the foot of the bed - not comfortable.

LikedThe location was too far out of the city Centre for us. Shame the pool was shut in April as it looked lovely. The spa however was fabulous. The bar area was relaxing and the toilet facilities were really clean.

DislikedToo far away from city Centre. The area around the hotel is not nice. The hot breakfast was poor but the rest was tasty. The extra €15 per person per day for breakfast was steep.

DislikedIndoor couldn’t be used by under 16 years. Noisy. Banging/maintenance work being done at 07:30am.

LikedStaff extremely friendly and helpful- good facilities and problems solved quickly- comfortable room and good communication
