LikedLocation was in the heart of historic downtown. Everything was in easy walking distance. Staff was great: they accessed my email to print out my boarding pass and called a prearranged taxi to confirm early morning arrival. This relieved anxiety.
DislikedBed could have been softer after a very long plane ride.

LikedHotel was near to all attractions in Palermo
DislikedBreakfast was dissappointment, I would appreciate greater variety of food not only one croissant. Staff was not speaking english only italian. At night there was strange noise coming from hallway we couldn´t sleep as if someone was jumping up the stairs and moving furniture.
