LikedAbsolutely fantastic staff: helpful, thoughtful, friendly, gave local tips, remembered details about me and my stay, they were attentive providing items I needed right away when I asked for them (iron and board, bucket of ice). Room itself was gorgeous, stylish and the best was incredibly comfortable. Location was also great and I was able to walk everywhere I wanted to see. Even their rooftop bar was lovely: a bit crowded and, of course, spendy, but tasty drinks and bites they were better than some of the restaurants I had visited earlier. Overall, one of the better hotels I’ve visited in my travels.

DislikedThis is minor relative to all the other great things about the hotel: I purchased free breakfast and its presentation was great, but selection was ordinary. I went one day, then opted to find local brunches and breakfasts instead.

LikedFabulous location and beautifully styled. Very comfortable beds, great facilities. We particularly liked the relaxation room with views over the Arno. Perfect for a quick break between sightseeing as the hotel was perfectly positioned.
