LikedWe chose the Classic Hotel because it was very close to our destination. We were just steps away from the Boboli Gardens, and a 20-minute walk from the Ponte Vecchio, Palazzo Pitti, and the Uffizi Gallery. The setting is delightful, on Viale dei Colli, and the building is a late 19th-century mansion, near Porta Romana, surrounded by greenery, in a peaceful and quiet setting. The concierges were very helpful and kind.
DislikedThe hotel is in need of a major renovation. Our room was quite old-fashioned, and the bathroom was decidedly outdated. There was no small toiletries set, and there was only one power outlet available, on one side of the bed. The breakfast was poor.

LikedWe loved every little thing. The room was incredible, with a surprising living space in an internal mezanino. The staff was amazing, nice, friendly and very helpful! We can’t recommend this enough and definitely will come back. :) Perfect stay in an amazing city

LikedVery good location in quiet area next to Boboli Gardens and easy walk to city centre.
DislikedThe breakfast is awful! They should give the option to exclude breakfast and I'd rather go to a coffee shop. Also very under staffed, the same person is cleaning rooms, overseeing breakfast and receptionist all at once.
