LikedIt was indeed a "charming house" -Perfect location (easy access from airport with alilaguna boats, easy access to San Marco etc) -High level design: modern but Venetian too in contrary with the most hotels with "heavy interiors" -Very good quality of breakfast -Staff kind and helpful A hidden gem - for sure we will come back

LikedI was completely charmed: from the wonderful staff to the delightful room and amenities to the excellent location, and then the great breakfast! It is hard to say what was best, but I would pick the staff. They made good restaurant recommendations and got me reservations, but really saved the day when an unexpected transportation workers strike upended my travel plans and she got me a ticket on one of the few running trains!
