LikedOur room, an executive room, was very spacious and stylish. Super comfy beds and a splendid bathroom, with a walk in wardrobe. The TV was good for us too with many usual GB channels available.The buffet breakfast was excellent as was the hotel restaurant where we dined one evening. Service during our stay was efficient, friendly and the hotel was in a super location for getting into the heart of where you would want to be as a visitor. Easy walking distance to tube stations.

DislikedThe staff was bad Rooms were bad The classic room they assigned had bugs, no a/c, carpets were smelling bad. When asked for room change they charged $180 extra
