Liked- Good location in the old town area of Macau. - Spacious room. It’s clean, tidy and comes with a balcony. - Exceptional staff. The young male receptionist (who was on duty 21/4/24 night) helped us to dry our umbrellas overnight and folded them as if they were new ones 👍 We were amazed by the level of hospitality and professionalism! The receptionists on duty during the day time also offered us great assistance in storing our luggages and direction-finding. Although this hotel is only categorised as 2-star hotel (based on the plaque sighted in lobby), I think it deserves much more than that!

Staff are very welcoming and can speak english well.. they are very helpful. Bus stop is very near to hotel.. Dont forget to get your free water bottle anytime!

Location is close to Sofitel Macau at Ponte 16 Hotel. Walkable to Rua da Tercena as well. Room is clean and quiet.
