LikedThe room is luxurious - this is a four-star hotel. There is a small fridge in the room. The bathroom is very nice. The hotel is close to the train station, close to the old town gate and close to a supermarket. This is our second time at this hotel.
DislikedAlthough it is a four-star hotel, there is no kettle for heating water in the room. We carried medicine in powder to dissolve in hot water because of the cold, but there was no way to use it. The first day the room was quite cold, the bathroom was not heated, the hot water was not hot. But on the second day the heating of the room and the bathroom was fine. Last time we only stayed one night and left early before breakfast. We have now found that only relatively lukewarm coffee/cappuccino or tea is given at breakfast, but no access to hot water, even though it was raining heavily and it was as cold as winter. We caught a cold. There is also no toilet on the breakfast floor and if you get your hands dirty during breakfast you have to go up to your room to wash up. The payment system assumes that customers present fake cards, which is insulting. Overall we were disappointed.

LikedThe hotel has very convenient location. It is very close to train station and old city. I was lucky as my room was upgraded. The reception staff were pleasant. Especially I would like to thank Massimo who was helpful and friendly. The room was spacious and clean. breakfast is nice.
DislikedThe access to the hotel entrance is not very good.

The location is a 5 minute walk from the train station - making it easy to catch a train to other cities or any bus since most stop at the train station or right outside the hotel’s front door. Rooms are modern and very clean and comfortable. My room included a Nice Buffet breakfast which included meat, cheese, eggs, assortment of rolls, yogurt, cereal, fruit, etc. It’s at the entrance to the city center so Close to grocery store,, shops, restaurants. and center city sites.
