Everything is off except the location

DislikedYes. It's barely a 2 star hotel 1. The urine smell from the bathroom extends to the bed area 2. Old- broken handshower 3. Need a better cleaning crew 4. Old and dusty drapes 5. Breakfast sucks.

Cleanliness is terrible, pillows had to be replaced, all cover sheets and towels are not cleaned well and in a bad condition, temp was hot in the room and per hotel policy does not allow you to switch on the COOL AC in the month of April. I asked for an Iron and they give me an old damaged one where the steam almost burned my hand, and it was sticky on the clothes. First and last Time to stay in Hotel California.

The hotel location is near to the Roma Termini and beside the tram railways. Very noisy even you close the windows when the tram is passing by, very loud noise from people eating outside the streets. The make shift elevator in the middle of the building is scary and filty. The facility requires deep cleaning in all areas.

What a nice hotel with an affordable price. •Spacious room with a nice view when you open the windows •Location is just opposite the central train station •So many nice restaurants downstairs and also nearby •Tasty breakfast!
