LikedRoom was clean breakfast plenty of choice

Cleanliness is terrible, pillows had to be replaced, all cover sheets and towels are not cleaned well and in a bad condition, temp was hot in the room and per hotel policy does not allow you to switch on the COOL AC in the month of April. I asked for an Iron and they give me an old damaged one where the steam almost burned my hand, and it was sticky on the clothes. First and last Time to stay in Hotel California.

LikedThe staff were very welcoming and helpful. The room we had was modern and well cleaned. The location was very convenient for the main train station and accessing the city. The breakfast was fine and a good choice.
DislikedThere was a lot of stairs to get to the room.

LikedThe location is perfect 👌 2 blocks from the train station. Close to everything. Staff is very friendly and helpful. There are lots of good restaurants just outside the door. The elevator was excellent and fast. When my friends left, I stayed one more night, and they gave me a superior room at less than the cost of a double room. Even offered to transfer my luggage if I was not there. What I liked the most was... you signed up for a breakfast time that keeps the breakfast room from getting overcrowded 😀
