LikedThe location is very good, the price is a bit high for the standard they provide. The breakfast was amazing and the staff very nice and polite.

DislikedThe cleaning can be done with more attention, there was hair all over the room when we got there. Even after I told them, the room was still not properly clean - there was still dust on the high shelfs and bathroom shelfs. The walls are thin as we could hear every noise.

LikedThe Venetian style of the room was pleasant and in line with Venice. The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was good. Staff was kind and made us feel welcome.

DislikedRoom was small, and very poorly insulated from noise from both outside and from other rooms. It meant we did not have a good nights sleep. No one from staff asked us how our stay was or if there were any issues. Overall, it was okay, but not great.
