LikedThe room was large with a nice balcony and view .. lots of storage , large comfy bed with two pillows each and good shower and bath . The bar area was really modern and we loved the cocktail menu .. great staff through out the hotel . Good selection at breakfast and despite a busy area it was fairly quiet with good location , ten minutes walk to Duomo
DislikedLack of an onsite restaraunt .. only breakfast area downstairs and bar served snacks. The lifts are tiny and struggled with a large case .

LikedThey saved us on our last day in Italy. We had just left hotel (Paganini) for all kinds of reasons and were so relieved to arrive at such a beautiful (and air conditioned hotel). Hotel reception was so kind in getting us a room and also helping us arrange our rental car return. Plenty of restaurants all around- Amazing Florence steak restaurant next door!

I was there for two days, the entire room is old and dirty. I can tell all the facilities are older and not well functioning, same as my grandparents home. Compared with its price, the rooms and service are terrible. The staff is try to argue with me that I would like to separate a queen bed into twin beds. I guess he think I want to escape with the city taxes…. Anyways NOT Recommended.

LikedLocation is best. just 30second from train station Also Room is clean. they r kind it is difficult to say something bad about place
DislikedAcutally One thing that i was sorry about i lost a coupon for welcomedrink we were about to pay the bar in hotel but bartender suggested that go to reception to ask n get the coupon again so my wife went there to ask alone she told me that hotelier was laugh at and said 'yeah yeah i trust u~~' after she explain this it looked like my wife tried to lie it made her feel bad Actually everything was perfect to me until this happend
