LikedThe best thing in the hotel that made us feel good and happy was in the conceriage Mrs .Lana Dender . She is excellent and have made our stay wonderful . I would like to thank her for her efforts to make our stay happy.

DislikedStaff at the breakfast and lunch . They are not providing good services and they are not smiling ,you feel like you are in a jail not in high end hotel . In the room the carpet was cheap quilty and colors were gloomy . I was very disappointed with the hotel servises and quilty .

LikedWE ARE VISITING MILANO TWICE A YEAR AND AFTER STAYING IN DIFFERNTS HOTELS IN MILANO WE CAN SAY THAT SO FAR BULGARI HOTEL STAND ABOVE ALL OTHERS. THE GREAT LOCATION, BEAUTIFUL AND ELEGANT DESIGNED BUTIQUE HOTEL. EXCELENT TEAM THAT MADE OUR STAY VERY COASY AND WARM, VERY HELPFUL FOR ANY REQUEST. ROOM WAS VERY CLEAN AND THE AMBIANT ATMOSPHERE WAS VERY PEACFUL AND RELEXING. WE DEFINITLY COME AGAIN !!
