LikedVery central location, so all the main tourist attractions are an easy walk. Staff were friendly and spoke good English. Breakfast was delicious.
DislikedNo complimentary tea or coffee in our room or anywhere in the hotel. Two bottles of complimentary water for the whole of our stay! Room was very compact, clean but very small.

LikedLocation very close to San Lorenzo and the Duomo. Comfortable bed. Lots of choice at breakfast. 2nd floor terrace for a glass of wine.
DislikedNo view from room, no window in bathroom, small European sized room but totally adequate for us!

LikedLocation was great. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was generous and there was a wide selection of food.
DislikedA little noisy until 10 at night - probably just our room which overlooked the road. Then we slept very well.
