I had a good stay at Hotel Borromeo. Breakfast on the terrace was lovely. 5 minute walk to Cavour metro. Was slightly noisy but all in all was central and clean. Air-conditioning worked which was great as it was hot in Rome. Staff were very helpful and nice to deal with. Monti is a safe area especially for solo travellers. Many restaurants within a 5 minute walk. 10 minute walk to the Colosseum. I found it to be a good and convenient stay
